For a cozy stay, request a room away from the check-in office to avoid any lingering odors.

Housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring a clean stay.
The exterior was uninviting, leading to initial doubts about my choice. I found the lack of an outlet in the bathroom quite inconvenient when trying to charge my devices. Additionally, the presence of long-term residents created an uncomfortable atmosphere outside the motel, making me feel uneasy during my stay.

The location near the Smoky Mountains was perfect! Housekeeping was top-notch (really felt like they went the extra mile) and made for an enjoyable stay.
The check-in office could use a little refresher in terms of scent.

I stayed in a Double Room for 2 nights. The place felt super clean and had new carpets, paint, and furniture—way nicer than I expected! The room was tidy and smelled fresh, like they really cared about upkeep. And I slept like a log—totally comfortable. Just a heads up, the check-in office had a bit of an off smell, but once I was in the room, all good vibes! The only downside was a bit of sketchiness outside, but inside? Cozy and clean!

I stayed for 2 nights and chose the Double Room, which exceeded my expectations with its fresh carpet and clean, cozy atmosphere. It was a pleasant surprise to find the room decorated with new paint and furniture—definitely made for a comfortable retreat. The nearby hibachi restaurant was a tasty bonus too. The only thing I missed was having an outlet in the bathroom for my hair dryer.

The room I checked into had a clean, fresh smell, demonstrating care with housekeeping. One of the standout features was the convenient location across from a Dunkin' Donuts, making morning coffee runs effortless.
The overall exterior gave a rough first impression, making me second-guess my choice initially. I also found the absence of an outlet in the bathroom a bit bothersome for charging devices and using appliances. Additionally, the presence of long-term residents contributed to a slightly uneasy atmosphere outside the motel.
